Hi There !!
I know it's a tad difficult to change your streams after graduation. If you are specifically interested in Economics then most of the good institutes like IGIDR, ISI, DSE, GIPE demand you to be good at mathematics [some of them also do not allow people to take the entrances if they didn't had Maths till +2]. But I guess even in your BBS you must be having a paper somewhat related to "Statistics" or "Application of Mathematics into Economics". You can sit for JNU [if you had statistics as a paper] which has two courses, one the general M.A. Economics and the other M.A. in Economics [with specialization in world economy].
Moreover, if you are hell bent on joining economics then there are some regional universities which accept people from other backgrounds.
But everything depends on what you are planning to do after your Masters, viz., Research and academia, MBA, Journalism.....
Hope it helps.
Cheers !!
