With good amount of time on hand, I was wondering whether it is a good idea to begin with the official study material and then move on Schweser prep material. Would this complicate the study pattern or not, I am not sure?
Kindly advise if somebody has any ideas/suggestions. | | | | | | | |

Hi
I am also in a planning phase to start preparing for CFA level-I in June 2009.Haven't applied yet. Please tell me one thing, is there any centre in India this time??
Since you have got the study material, can u figure out any changes in syllabus from the Dec 2008 exam??I am currently reading Schweser notes available for Dec 2008 exam, just to familiarise myself with the basics as I am from non-financial background.
Please reply asap..

Thanks | There are no centers in India as of now, I chose Kathmandu. However, if one is available in the near future, you can apply for a change in exam location free of cost.
Okay, let me get on with understanding how much has changed wrt the syllabus between the Dec 2008 and the June 2009 exams. Will keep you posted.
Thanks. | | | | | | | |

rajaram | Rajaram,
You can make use of your ICICIBank CC, if its a VISA, Mastercard or American Express. It should work.
Good luck with the preps.
