hi puys,
was trying to register for the june 2009 level 1.
i am unable to pay for the curriculum and the exam seperately.
is this the case or am i missing something.
the reason i was to pay seperately is that my credit limit on my card
is 45k...

Guys,
I got to know from Cranes Software that the TI BA II PLUS costs INR 2100 and TI BA II PLUS PROFESSIONAL costs 3400 (both inc. of tax & free courier ).
The CFA institute's site says both these calculators are allowed.
Now, which is the one that is better for CFA ? Urgent.

I am having the same problem..pg. nos 182 - 260 missing from book-3. If you've got another copy of the book with all the pages intact, could you please post the links here.

Hey RB,
Actually the links in all possible file sharing sites are the same books and thus we wont be able to get the missing pages. Only way is to find it from ppl who have purchased from Photocopy suppliers. They mite be having the missing pages.
Request If anyone can find them and scan them and then uplink them so that we can have access to those. I'll do the same if I find them first.
The missing pages are:
-Book 2 - Economics - Pages 204 to 208 (both Inclusive)
-Book 3 - Financial reporting & Analysis - Pages 182-260 (both Inclusive)

Hi all,
Let me introduce myself as Arun Siddhi. I am an engineer from PuneUniversity, working in S/W for past 2 years.
My dreams of pursuing MBA from IIMs got shattered again.
Now I am planning to take CFA Level 1. I am sure that with my current job profile it is the second best option to rise up in the ladder.
My search for this landed me here. I have few queries –
1. Is their any coaching for CFA level 1 available in Pune. I saw some online classroom sessions, it did not appealed me as they are NOT interactive.
2. Is Schweser sufficient?
I saw a lot matured discussion among all of you. So I decided to join the gang.
