About Bond

Dear All

I have one query. I am working in a indo german company. I joined last yeat that company and i had signed Bond that i will not leave compnay before 5 years if i left before 5 years i hae to pay 12000 euros. Now i wanna to leave this firm because i have good offer.
Please tell me if i leave that firm now what will be the effect. I have signed that bond on a stamp paper indian stamp paper. Ther is nothing written in bond that if i leave this company they will take legal action against me only i have to pay 12000 Euros.

Now main thing i don't want to pay this amount. so please tell me can i do that.
