As a fresher which one should I join wipro or capgemini.......Kindly also mention the onsite opportunities of both the companies

Dude.. I dunno about about Wipro. But I can tell you about Capgemini, which i joined as a fresher. Superb work culture, and a environment in which freshers can truly prosper are the two main facets of this company. I have been here for 1.5 years now, and am already a team leader. Onsite oppurtunities are plentiful, even for freshers. A lot of people from my batch have already visited other countries, even in the first year itself.

And secondly, I think opening a new thread for this question was unncessary. You could have searched for a suitable thread to post on, one which I am sure will cater to your requirement.
