Guidance needed

Hi,

I am Vishal presently working with Infosys. After having spent close to 3 years working, it's high time for me to decide what to do next.

I am presently confused a i am not able to make up my mind between MBA and MS.

I have done my engineering in Computer Technology and so have a computer background however it's not strong. I need your guidance so that i can decide what is best for me.

On one hand, i like doing technical stuff but do not have a strong experience in programming which confuses me about taking MS. On the other hand, i think MBA would be boring based on the little exposure i had leading a team.

I would like to understand what doing an MBA means. For that i would like to know the various branches of MBA and what kind of work will i be doing after pursuing that branch.

Would be grateful if you could provide me with a starting point.
