Hey,

If the role is for core banking the you'll have to deal with specific stuff like account opening by local businesses and managing relationship with businesses so that you dnt lose 'em.

second aspect is to extend your portfolio so that you have more accounts in your name and you are managing 'em well.dunno whther you're given teams but if it is then you'll have to manage the teams to grab business opportunities.

Added to this, was just wondering what the ratio of the fixed to variable salary is for rm's at these mnc banks , esp in retail??.....
