Well this thread doesnot seem to be very active . So am planning to come up with some questions or issues related to testing so that we can discuss and enlarge of knowledge base.

1) How do you test Client Server and Web based applications . Do we have to use the same approach or is there a different approach for them.

hello puys.
i have done my mechanical engg.. 2007 passout..
got throu in caritor during campus...
bad thing... dey never gave date of joinin.. i wasted one year waiting for them..
of course no one to advise..
den i started teaching in my own college...
always wanted to join IT.. did mech because my gr8 cousins told me to do..
neways now im planning to do a diploma in software testing in seedinfotech in pune..
please tell me looking at my gr8 "fall back" qualifications is there any good scope for me in testing..
I have also got good academics...
I jus wanna break in any IT company in pune..
what are the prospects now in todays market foe a tester.. and specially who is a mechanical engineer??
