Buddy,

Welcome to PG....

Wat counts in the PI pertaining to your work ex is what you have learnt from your work ex(whether it in call centre, in baking or in IT), how does it fit into your long term goals.

So decide accordingly, and choose the one which you will enjoy the most.

Hi no wonder if you have the offer from Future First, they pay good. The job is awesome only if you enjoy trading, one can become a billionaire working for a proprietary trading firm.
But its up to your choice as which field you wanna take up in life as career.

As far as MBA is concerned, its true that you must be the master of what you have done in your work exp. Rest all is crap.
Once you complete your MBA with work exp in trading, you can apply to any proprietary trading firm (most are US based and as per my knowledge there only 5 who have opened their trading floor in India) or else you can apply in Investment banks and Institutional Trading firms.

Hope this helps
