BMA is BIM-trichy extension center in Bangalore. gud faculty and BIM rigour. BIM name sells so you can have a look. credentials are gud. Caution-Its the first batch, placements may be a concern--have a good discussion with faculty and mgmt in person. fee component goes up due to australia stint. also its more of international orientation.

If you opt for FT (suggested) industry dosent bothers abt affiliation and so on. future depends on how you shape up during and after the course. if the course is marketed as BIM it will attract good placement. PT may not be as rigorous.

Hi Guys and particularly Tabrej,

I hav also got call from BMA for MPFB, but am confused that i should go for it or not. As this is going to be the second batch, so nothing can be said on placements. If interested i hav to apply by 15th October. If any of you would like to share your views, please do.... Any info regarding this would be highly appreciated...........

/hello Bizskool, i think you are wrong by making it a point that BIM trichy is a part of BMA or any such thing, I am a student of BIM and i never have heard of such a thing like that, in case you are a person who is from BMA and are trying to use the BIM name then your part of the suggestion lies ready, but one thing is that BMA is an INFRASTRUCTURE provider, i repear INFRASTRUCTURE provider, and what an INFRASTRUCTURE provider does is it gives the rooms, hostels and the blackboard etc. .....BIM does its placements and BIM gets its faculty from reputed places, and we have strict orders of BIM not to use the BIM name in the advertising for BMA, One more point to be highlighted is that BIM and BMA have different placements, different faculty and different facilities, it might be another **** in the making it can also be a very good institute, BIM does not play any role in the functioning of BMA nor they do, they provide support, so its better not to blindly write stuff without proof, its the BIM name that is getting degraded

Hi, I am not from BMA, purely outsider. BIM supports BMA thru faculty, courseware and otherwise. Also in website BIM is partner and llinked as stated. chk these links
Indian MBA Management Institute Chennai
MBA Faculty at Bangalore Management Academy
people behind bma

Pls chk your facts. Both Jayasankaran and Prof. Sankaran are listed as faculty. Prof. Sankaran is also Director of BIM-Trichy. Being a student of BIM Trichy dosent makes you know all about BIM functioning. I have spend pretty long time in industry and academia and know my facts before commenting publicly in PG.

thanks
