yeah i have and id say i was very very dissapointed.expected better stuff content wise from chetan after his wonder five point......

overall i think the storytelling was lacklusture, dramatisation was stale and the concept of this god's voice sucked-specially whn in the end he justified it with a pathetic twist.

the only gud thing was ofcourse-for the first time being in the other side reading abt calc centre employess and their personal life and their workplace-bt tht too could have been better protrayed.

i woudnt suggest this book to any1.

4 meals a day!! Wow,why would anyone want to eat 4 times a day!
Nevertheless, whilst I was at Convergys I knew a guy who'd come and eat there even on his Off days!! Now,thats dedication!

when I started in GECIS the houses in the Sector 18 area had the highest rent as people living there could come to GECIS to eat on their days off as well.

If it is Dell then it could be email out of a Kana mailbox or it could be a Chat Process which uses the Dell IC Servers and techs troubleshoot queries and customer issues through IC communication... It can also be quite a few other (specialised) processes as well.

Actually harshg, dell have a analytics process also but they only hire top MBA for that process.
