Well I recently went for an interview with a KPO, Evalueserve based in Gurgaon. I reached the last round of technical interview only to know that my finance basics are not quite strong. So that was my motivation behind this thread. I feel that no one else should face the same problem in future.
Lets c who gives the first of questions!
To start of I must tell u that u need to be very thorough with the Annual Report of a Company and all the intricasies involved in the accounts.
What all things do you need to look in an annual report?
Why is it so important?
Be thorough with:
P&L A/c
Balance Sheet
Cash Flow statement
Directors note
Auditors Report
Notes to accounts
Important Ratios ARE FEW OF THEM
All the best!

Hi Babu!
I would be able to reply to your query only if u provide me with your profile. Then I can tell u as to which division of Evalueserve u can apply. As for my profile I am an MBA in Finance.
Well dont feel bad about not being able to go for a KPO now but I would surely suggest u to go for it as soon as u complete ur CFA. And yes as far as the CFA is concerned first of all dont call it a 'local CFA' again. Boss, first u shd have confidence in what u r doing. However, it purely depends on u whether the CFA adds any value to u or not. If it does, then u shd b more than happy to add it to ur CV. Got it buddy!
