It should be: "Remember who the interviewee is?"
Anyway, there's one extremely important thing you missed out:
If you have an attitude and are slightly arrogant, don't think it's bad. Never try to subdue yourself. A hint of arrogance is generally taken as 'confidence' by most interviewers and I have seen it have a positive effect in several cases...
