Practical vs. Classroom teaching - 26-06-2008, 07:10 PM

I ws wondering if there is any B-school in India that lays more emphasis on practical and insightful training rather than the students mugging up and writing CBSE style answers.

I am trying to look for something that would get me a break into management in the media industry.

Hey man!!!

Its like most of the Bschools concentrate on practical based learning more these days...Every course..or elective has some important constituents like research report..live project...industrial project etc...which leaves a student with loads n loads of learning that can never be acquired inside a classroom...

If you wanna get into media..dn I guess MICA seems to be the school for you..
