BCA + MBA in Systems

hi all,

i want to pursue MBA in systems. can u tell me whether my background will lend a helpful hand to get a good job after MBA in Systems?

my current background:

3 yrs. full time diploma engineering in electronics & Telecomm. ( after 10+2 )
currently BCA final yr. from Madurai Univ. ( distance)
3 yrs+ IT Infrastructure Services Exp. in HCL. (Linux System Admin)

I am preparing for CAT (200. I think MBA Systems is the best choice for me, but will it be of much help as i don't have a B.Tech.
