Our client a research and analytics multinational firm based in Delhi is looking for highly motivated and results-driven professionals at across level position. A brief job overview is given below.

Job Profile

Analyst / Sr. Analyst

Assist clients and/or other research delivery team members in articulating and refining research requests and projects
• Lead research projects ensuring appropriate workflow planning, resource utilization, and content delivery
• Guide team problem solving, the development of research strategies, the application of analytical techniques and frameworks, and the creation of research end-products (templates as discussed with clients - memos, spreadsheets, reports, presentations, etc.)
• Significant level of client interaction (need not play a proactive role in relationship management, but would play a lead role in client interactions related to subject
matter/intellectual agenda)
• Ensure research is completed, including data gathering and analysis, when appropriate
• Lead and/or complete ad hoc research, knowledge building and business development initiatives

Manager
• Responsible for overall client relationship for a given engagement – this should include approving and monitoring the overall work plan
• Quality check – ensuring output meets expected and contractual standards
• People management – Manage teams and troubleshoot through the delivery process, ensuring quality and timely delivery of key outputs to the client
• Would be expected to travel
• Work closely with the onsite sales force on business development initiatives
• Research product development
• Vendor management, expenses, 3rd party activities Requirements:

• 0 - 5 years of experience
• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
• Good people management skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• High level of initiative and drive
• Detail orientation and process-driven

SALARY BEST IN THE INDUSTRY RANGING FROM 4 lacs – 15lacs
