Query reg CTS joining date

Hello all,
I am from Chennai. I was sent the offer letter from CTS by post, 10 days back. There were 2 copies and I was asked to sign one of them and sendit back to them, which I did a week back. And the letterdid not mention the join date as well as where to report or anything ..just my designation, CTC, and the regulations(ethics n all).
I have not yet received any acknowledgement that they have received theletter that I sent back to them. When will I know abt my joining dateand place? Is there some body who I can contact regarding this? I am beginning to get worried about this!

Hey Aparna,
As far as i know CTS guys do acknowledge, but some times they just get missed out. So it is better to call up CTS chennai HR guys and confirm about your joining details.

Joining details are given once you send out the offer letters and probably you might receive it within 10-15 days.
So if you have not got any sort of confirmation, do call them up. I am assuming that you would have the chennai HR contact details, if not just ping me i will try to get it for you .

Hi Shelin,
In the offer letter that I received, the letter head contains only the phone number and no name of any contact person.. and it has been 5 working days since I sent my acceptance letter. Should I wait for some more time for confirmation from them? How does CTS normally communicate the confirmation/joining date?
And if you think I should still contact them now, can I call them and ask for the person who signed my offer letter.. he is a Senior HR.. or is there anybody else I should contact?

Also, they provided an email address in the offer letter, to which I had mailed requesting for acknowledgement of my acceptance, but received no reply.

Hi Aparna,
training has been started on or some days before 28th Jan 2007.You better try to call them as soon as possible search there site for phone number.And if possible the it will be good to personally visit there office at chennai.

ASFAIK they inform ppl by mail.They must be thinking to put you in some other batch.It's always better to mail them.You can call up on the number given in offer letter and ask to connect to HR.

I have mailed them twice enquiring about the same, but haven't received any reply till now. I also contacted them by phone thrice in a space of 2 hrs, and after I get connected to the HR, nobody picks up the phone - it is continuously ringing. I really am worried. Is there somebody working with CTS who can help me out on this?
