Dear All,

I have seriously started thinking on the lines of a Management degree to fine tune my skills. But, a clear thought always lingers on a little chaotic mind of mine - How the two years is going to be like?

I am sure the feeling of pre or post MBA,(former - when you know you have a dream to chase, latter - when you know that you have achieved, more or less, what you dreamt), is exhilarating. But, I wonder, how life is 'At the B-School'? Is it all roses, no thorns? Exactly how many roses and how many thorns? Like, is cultural change actually a problem? Two yrs is a long time - well, its lifespan for a lotta species - mice, for instance. What are the diving forces, not only the driving ones, the avoid-that-fall things, that one thing we MUST not forget even for a sec, etc etc of a B-School life? Surely, if one is planning an out-of-country MBA, it not only means heavy investment of one's time, but also money, along with a dozen of other resources. Hence, it better be useful.

I have read a lot of "A-day-at-B-School" stuff. Somehow, would want an Indian perspective to it, since thats what I can fully relate to. Not only a man's perspective, but also a woman's, since I am one. That would be a greeaaaaaaaat help. Thanks Simba for that article. Related links are a sure shot help, too.

Thanks a lot in advance for your help!!!

I am planning to apply in S P Jain Global MBA program in its next intake .

I know it is a on-campus residential course . Does S P Jain Global provide separate rooms?
