Welcome to the official admissions thread of Department of Management Studies, NIT Trichy. This thread will guide you through your queries on application and admission process for the 2014-16 batch.
Eligibility Criteria:
A graduate degree in any discipline from a recognized university with 6.5 CGPA (on a 10-point scale) or 60% for OC/OBC candidates whereas 6.0 CGPA (on a 10-point scale) or 55% in case of SC/ST candidates. For PWD candidates, the eligibility criterion will apply to the category they belong to (OC/OBC/SC/ST).
Test scores accepted: CAT 2013 only.
Important Dates:
Online Application Process Begins : January 3, 2014
Last date for submitting application through the online portal : February 3, 2014
Last date for receiving hard copy of application by post: February 10, 2014
Total No. of Seats: 92
Please Note: There would be no Tamil Nadu State Quota for this year.

what was the CAT cut off last yr ?
can non engineers apply for nit pg? if yes will the cutoff be different for different streams? I belong to nc obc category and from commerce stream, what should be a safe %ile?
