Hello all, I am starting the preparation for CAT 2014, which is less than an year for now. I am a BE graduate with 2.5 years of work ex as of now. Please help me regarding how can I go forward in preparations. Which areas to focus and which areas to master.
My aim is all the premium institutes having average salary 15lpa + ( coz as of now m getting the pay of 9lpa, and expected to increase in another 2 months)..

hi.. i am in third year of my b.tech from IIT. I want to prepare for CAT just as a backup (not deeply interested in mba). Should I take coaching or just prepare on my own? Is online preparation from a renowned institute like TIME, CL a good option ???

Is it necessary to take coaching classes for cracking the CAT?What are the differences between self study and coaching in terms of preparation for CAT?

Have asked this question many times, nover got a satisfying reply. Im in a dilemma to which inst i should join. I reside in Delhi. Is tathagat delhi really worth the hype or should i join CL at CP. Advise would be appreciated! 😃

I am working in a software MNC and planing for weekend classes from the month of December (Actually I am gunning for CAT 2014). As I am new in Pune, I haven't got much idea about the coaching centers. So please someone help me out and suggest which coaching center should I join....TIME , GenEsis, IMS or Byju?

Can anybody tell me till which month of the year is work experience calculated for admissions into the creme-de-la-creme B-Schools like IIM A, B, C, XLRI etc..??

Hello everyone

I am currently pursuing B.tech. Presently I am in my third year of engineering an shall pass out on 2015. I am aiming for CAT and other good MBA entrance exams. My question is that if I am going to pass out on year 2015 , for which CAT shall I prepare , 2014 or 2015? From which session shall I be joining the MBA college , 2015 or 2016 ? Till when are the scores valid ?
When do the admissions begin and what should my approach be from now on so that I don't end up wasting time.

should i star it from nw.. and go for self preparation for the next year.or the converse...

NOTE:- its sound strange but i have no intrest in engineering,and i find difficult getting a job

Hey there!

I have a rather unusual query.

I am currently in my final year, doing B.Tech from IIT.

I have a CGPA of 5.5 but have 90+ percentages in 10th and 12th.

Being from SC catagory and having rather pretty decent communication and quantitative skills, is it possible for me to get a call from IIM, having scored 90 percentile in this year's CAT (that's what I expect).

An answer would rather be much appreciated.
