It is always advisable that you apply.

1) Most of the times we cannot guess our actual percentile correctly. (Trust me when I say this ) Many a times your percentile is better than you thought.
2) Department of Business Economics first comes out with a cumulative score and the GD-PI shortlisting process is done on the basis of that. So CAT score, though most important, is not the only factor.

My take: Given your percentile projection and OBC category, you should definitely apply.

Cheers!

what has been the cutoff for cat in the past years to get a call from this college?

Hi

Department of Business Economics comes out with a cumulative score of CAT percentile, Class X marks, XII marks, etc. (Check the first post). That score is used to shortlist candidates for GD-PI process. So there is no 'CAT cutoff' as such. But candidates from General category need to have minimum 90 percentile to be considered for shortlisting.

Hope that clears your doubt.

Cheers!

It totally depends on your profile. If you let us know little more about your profile, company, duration of work-ex and other details, we can give you a better picture. Yeah, they do give preference to people with work-ex while calling for GD/PI.

All placement details about MBE course can be obtained at http://www.mbe-du.or...

I would request you to post your MFC related queries at their threads as we being students of MBE would not be able to give as accurate answers for their course as they can.

Best of luck.. :)
