Prospectus of Delhi School of Management along with the Application Form can be downloaded from DTU website Delhi Technological University - Delhi College of Engineering from December 13th, 2011 to February 15th 2012. Downloaded application forms must be submitted along with DD/ PO of Rs 1000/- in favour of 'The Registrar, Delhi Technological University, Delhi' payable at Delhi by February 15th, 2012 (5 p.m.) (For details visit our website - Delhi Technological University - Delhi College of Engineering). Incomplete applications, due to any reason, are liable for rejection by the University.

Eligibility:
B.E/B.Tech in any branch of Engineering/ Technology with a minimum of 60% marks in aggregate.
OR
Ist class Master's Degree in any branch of Physical/ Chemical/ Mathematical Science like Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Application, Electronic Science, Environmental Science, Operation Research, Computation/ Information Science or Master's Degree in Commerce/ Economics.

DSM was started by Delhi Technological University (formerly DCE) in 2009.
I think i need not say anything about the reputation of DTU as its well known in itself.
The admission process starts from filling up the forms which will be out in December.
After that we shortlist the candidates based on the their CAT percentiles.
Then we have a GD round and finally PI is conducted.
Placements:- We have got our first batch placed and the average package was around 6 lakhs and Highest was 11 lakhs
It's that time of the year again and as the tension builds up for the MBA aspirants to secure a berth in a B-School of their liking, I would like to once again offer a brief overview of Delhi School of Management
Delhi School of Management was established in 2009 with Delhi College of Engineering acquiring a University statusbeing officially renamed as Delhi Technological University (DTU)through a legislature passed by the Delhi State Assembly. Delhi School of Management was established with a vision of inculcating the aspiring managers with a penchant for innovation, research, and experimentation aimed at transforming them into Techno-Managers of tomorrow. Delhi School of Management aims to extend the seven decade legacy of Delhi College of Engineering aimed at imparting knowledge and skill to the highly competent youth of the nation. The students for its MBA course are selected using rigorous criteria that include an excellent CAT score, a proven academic & professional record commanding respect, and a thoroughly incisive interview which explored various dimensions of a student's personality. The eligibility is minimum 60% marks in B.E./B-Tech in any branch of Engineering/Technology, or Master's Degree in any branch of Physical/Chemical/Mathematical Science like Physics, Chemistry, Statistics, Computer Application, Electronic Science, Environmental Science, Operations Research, Computation/ Information Science or Master's Degree in Commerce/ Economics.
The USP of the MBA course is its dual specialization. The students can choose the first specialization from Information Technology Management, Supply Chain Management, and Knowledge and Technology Management while the second from Finance, HR, and Marketing. Till date we have had three batches, one of which has already passed out with placement offers from companies like Michelin, IBM, TCS, ICICI Lombard, Taj hotels, TRAI, JDA, CSC, Capital IQ, FIITJEE, etc. The average package was around 6.5 lakhs.
DSM greatly benefits from the inherent competitive spirit that reverberates through DTU. Students of DSM are actively associated with NGOs like India Redefined. The enthusiasm and the hard work of the students of DSM has finally started to pay its dividend as DSM is fast rising on both the Corporate as well as B-School Arena. Students of DSM have been participating and winning in National Level Events. DSM only recently organized its first National Business Quiz, Qui-Vive 2011 which turned out to be a great success with participation from all over India. On the 1st of October, 2011 DSM organized an HR Conclave which features lectures from corporate moguls that included the lkes of Moserbaers VP, Mr. Rajeev Sahdev.
In its 2011 survey, Pagalguy had given DSM an overall ranking of 66 among all the B-Schools in the country, that too before any batch having passed. Now that a batch has been placed with an average package of 6.5 lakhs,the rating are expected to improve considerably this year.

The CAT cut-off percentile for the first list of last batch was around 89 for general category students.

You have got absolutely wrong idea rohit, the intake of DSM was 60 for the first batch which is increased to 70 now..

Though, the average for general candidates was around 89 percentile, there are many students in the class with more than 90 percentile with highest percentile as high as 97.92

from where did you got this wrong info..plz chek your data........placement is not an issue here in collage....
when will forms be out? when were they out last year? after or before cat result?

The forms will be out in the 1st week of December and same was the case last year.
It is before the declaration of CAT result, but the deadline to fill the form goes on till February.
