Expand    I did not write any exams. Can I still apply to B-Schools using this application?
Sorry, you can use this application to apply to B-schools only if you have written atleast one of the recognized MBA Entrance exams in India. However, you can still search for and view information about B-schools using your PaGaLGuY ID. Sign up in case you dont have one yet!

Expand   What is a 'Welcome Kit'?
The welcome kit is a set of documents that you will receive after you have completed and committed your profile on PG Apply. These documents will contain guidelines for using PG Apply to your best advantage. The kit contains:
  • 1. A Quick-start guide to PG Apply
  • 2. PaGaLGuY B-school Rankings booklet - to help you discover and learn about B-schools
  • etc etc...

Expand   How many days does it take for my order to be delivered?
The order is dispatched within 24 hours of the order placement and it takes approximately 5-7 working days for it to reach your doorstep. In case the delivery has already taken more time than mentioned, please feel free to get in touch with us.

Expand   Why don't I see the 'Apply now' link on all the colleges in PG Apply?
The 'Apply Now' link is only available for the colleges which have an agreement with PaGaLGuY to facilitate their admission process. We are trying to get as many colleges in the country on board to provide you more options.

Expand   Can PaGaLGuY.com recommend me which B-school to join to on PG Apply?
No. PG Apply is a neutral platform where we provide you information about colleges and facilitate the admission process. We are not biased towards any B-school. The MBA Forums are the best place to help you make decisions on which colleges will suit you best.

Applying to Colleges

Expand   What do I need to do to start applying to colleges?
To start applying to colleges at PG Apply, you just need to -
  • 1. Register yourself at PaGaLGuY.com
  • 2. Create your profile on PG Apply.
  • 3. Once your profile is 100% complete, you need to review your profile and click on 'Commit Profile'. This will enable you to -
    1. 1. Send an Application to B-schools
    2. 2. Receive Application Invites from various B-schools
    And many more benefits.

Expand   How does the application process work in PG Apply?
The application process works in two ways at PG Apply -
  • For colleges that have an 'Apply to this college' tab, you can click on the 'Apply Now' button to Send your Application for admission to the B-school. The B-school will evaluate you on the basis of your profile and if it Accepts your Application, you will receive an alert.
  • If your profile is completed and committed, B-schools will be able to evaluate your profile and send you an application invite. You can evaluate the B-school and accept their invite.
In both cases, you will receive an assured GD-PI call. All you need to do to receive your GD-PI call is pay the B-school's application fee. Thereafter, you will receive the PG Apply Welcome Kit with complete guidelines to use PG Apply for maximum benefit. Based on GD-PI performance, the B-school may/may not give you a final admission offer.

Expand   What happens after I Send an Application to a college?
The B-school authorities will review your profile and if you fulfill their evaluation criteria, you will receive an Accepted notification from them within 7 days. Thereafter, you should immediately pay the B-school's application fee in order to receive your GD-PI call.

Expand   What happens after a college accepts my Application?
You will be required to pay the application fee via our secure online platform using different payment methods (Cash on delivery, Credit Cards). Once a college receives the application fee, they will inform you about the GD-PI schedule within 15 days or at a date already intimated to you.

Expand   What happens after I accept the invite from a College?
Congrats on receiving the invite! This means that you already fulfill their screening criteria. After accepting the invite, you will be required to pay the application fee via our secure online platform using different payment methods (Cash on Delivery, Credit Cards). Once a college receives the application fee, they will inform you about the GD-PI schedule within 15 days or at a date already intimated to you.

Expand    What are the different ways in which I can pay the application fees at PG Apply ?
You can pay the application fee on PG Apply through the Cash on Delivery and Credit Card payment methods.

Expand    How can I cancel my order for application fee?
If the application form order has been placed and dispatched, it cannot be reversed. However, if you really want to cancel the order then please call our support numbers at 022-24022402 as soon as possible. If the order still hasn't been dispatched, then you just might turn out lucky and we may take back the order.

Expand    How can I check my orders for application fee?
You can track your orders by going to the 'Bought' tab in 'B-schools whose form must be bought' link and view the transaction details of the forms bought by you.
