Written Communication Test
Duration - 30 minutes
After going through the Case Study, the students were supposed to write down the following:
1.Title for Case
2.Statement explaining the problem
4.First alternative course of action: Discuss pros and cons
5.Second alternative course of action: Discuss pros and cons
6.Recommended course of action

- A and B are two female friends, who start a Boutique named XYZ. The Boutique turns out to be a huge success. After a year, B wants to move out as she says that she wants to pursue some other interest. B is an integral part of the business and she happens to know all the core requirements of the business. When A requests her to stay back, B says that she would stay back, if A transfers a majority of the stake to B. What course of action must A take?

prince31jain SaysWell in my view it will not really matter as they do not usually ask for the proofs for what you have written during the process. You will just have to clearly explain about your work to them if they ask you about it, which you have mentioned that you can. So don't worry on that front. It's just that if you get a confirmed admission, try and get atleast a mail from your boss that you worked there for so and so months for the so and so role form his official e-mail id. You will also require it for the CV verification during the placement process, otherwise the placecomm won't allow you to mention it.
I am a CA.
I have worked as a consultant for a CA firm for 3 months.I have mentioned that in my CV form.
For this i am not having any certificate or salary slip.
For the workex of 3 months, they are not going to assign any extra points but what shall i do.
I can explain them everything that i have done during that period and can also let them talk to my boss.
My boss cannot provide me the the experience certificate bcoz:
1)the tenure was only 3 months
2)he is saying that i was not a regular employee and hence he has not informed the institute which he was supposed to do before employing a CA.
Any suggestions.........please help:-(
