I want to do HR.

I am undergoing training for surveyor and loss adjuster(a type of engg. consultancy ) i can spend time till june 2014 to get into good college.i have applied for TISS ...
but lets assume the worst that even trying for next 3 years i donot convert it.....
so my dilemma is can ne1 suggest any degree or courses or certificate or post graduation (maybe part time) which can just help me improve my CAT eligibility thus i can apply to MHRM (iit-kh), mhrod, mdi, imi....etc by 2014

Guys we (my parents )run a small engineering consultancy (surveyor and loss assessor, we are the intermediaries between insurance company and policy holders)With just 26% FDI at present and other reforms undergoing in insurance sector, this sector is bound to grow in future....thus we want to be prepared and take advantage of all that and want to expand our offices in various cities in future....all the problems I face in my small firm are purely HR(no work culture, less professionalism in delegating tasks,my co-workers who are not ambitious have no career planning etc).....so should I plan to get HR degree myself(being just 22 years old )which i feel will help us in long run or should we hire others to solve our problems?...abt which we are skeptical. An outsider may not be able to understand the nuances of our complex business nature and the danger of sharing our professional skills, mannerism, contacts, income details etc
