For Indian b-schools, the only semblance of being 'global' is either the exchange programmes with foreign universities or the few foreign students hanging around in the campuses. World over, 'global campus' is the b

Going global does sound like good but i think it's overrated. Dont we have enough diversity in india itself. So many languages and so many cultures. Having someone from russia or US might add another view point to the discussion or how that particular thing is done in their own country. I don't think it will transform the students into "global". What most of the indian schools should consider, improving their curriculum , infrastructure and hire more full-time teaching facutly. Some of the articles lately seems like PG is endorsing singapore education just because it was difficult to get interviews with indian B-Schools. I'm just being blunt.

Once i didn't understand the problem of an algebra book and the author of that book was the dean of an univ in US. I sent him a mail telling that particular problem was wrong and i got reply in 5 hrs. He wrote that book 20 yrs back. I've never attempted to write any mail to any one in india, not that i dont have questions, just that i believe they won't respond.

I can comment on sibm, banglore .. been there once for friend's interview.
This might help those who haven't visited the campus.

Everything is new over there and luckily everything is in place for new batch.
Seniors told us they didn't even have a canteen and faced lot of issues for food, stationery and also placements. Placement process was slow and less predictable for the first batch because of no proper database of companies like what companies to contact and invite to campus.Current batch placements are reasonable and which tells they've overcome all the troubles to considerable extent.

Campus is small and yet you've got everything you need.
11 laks fee is too high considering the number of batches passed out of the college. Aspirants should use their diligence and take informed decisions.

Congrats to all who converted it and ATB to the waitlist.

P.S. Girls are super cute in the campus
