Mumbai : 4 qualified for directors' round
Bangalore: 24 (attended) -> 7 (cleared GD) -> 3 qualified for directors' round
anordinaryguy, New Jersey & London nos. have turned out as you 'predicted'.
Kudos, you are doing an Octopus Paul!! :)

As per the feedbacks from Delhi and Kolkata pattern is coming out as
After GD = approx 1/3 of Sort-listed Candidates
After Case Study = approx 1/3 of GD Sort-listed Candidates

So for Directors' round it comes around 10% of Sort-listed Candidates.

Final Numbers may look like :

Delhi : Sort-listed Candidates = 25 ; Selected for directors' round = 3

Calcutta : Sort-listed Candidates = 9 ; Selected for directors' round = 1

Location to be decided : Sort-listed Candidates = 5 ; expected for directors' round = 1 ; Selected for directors' round = 1

New Jersey : Sort-listed Candidates = 27 ; expected for directors' round = 3-4; Selected for directors' round = 4

London : Sort-listed Candidates = 15 ; expected for directors' round = 1-2; Selected for directors' round = 3

Mumbai : Sort-listed Candidates = 57 ; expected for directors' round = 5-7

Bangalore : Sort-listed Candidates = 23 ; expected for directors' round = 2-3

Overall : Sort-listed Candidates = 161 ; expected for directors' round = 16-21

Lets see how this prediction goes. Hope Actual exceeds predicted :-)

I've selectively chosen some comments (see below) from your post to help future participants (like me) to be more optimistic.. :lookround:

Good Luck!!

They might shortlist all the guys from a particular center....
When they begin the process, they actually do not have any numbers in mind... they pick up as many candidates as they feel as long as they are deserving... :cheerio: ATB
I have divided the centers as per the total no. of candidates per center.Just for the sake of information:

Mumbai 57
New Jersey 27
Bangalore 23
Delhi 25
London 15
Calcutta 9
Location to be decided 5
(South Africa 1 Singapore 2 Sydney 2 )
Total 161

hence, Mumbai will have the toughest competiition.I wonder how the grouping would be donei n case of a center like Calcutta, since in Chairman"s GD round there are 10 participants per will have just 1 group..

I think the competition would be the same if the factors of performance are considered uniform. Smaller groups would probably have lesser shortlist nos. (like Kolkata) and locations with more groups are likely to have relatively more nos. being selected.
