Hi everyone,

I've been tracking the progress of the In-House candidates, and I heard today that 3 in house candidates have been confirmed offers for the In-House recruitments. Just thought I'd mention it here.
Does anyone have details of where all these candidates were from?

Thanks!
Nice work with the waitlist movement guys

Hi,
You all can use this spreadsheet as W/L tracker for the Gen Category 2011-13.
https://spreadsheets0.google.com/ccc?key=tnRqhta3AMkak0UXgt1xBVg&authkey;=CNvC1IUO#gid=0

It has been created on the same lines as of the previous year.
Hope this helps.

Good stuff!

Hi Guys,

Congratulations to the final converts! It feels good to have wangled an admit, doesn't it?

This post though, is for those in the waitlist, most of who will need to take some really tough decisions regarding leaving their job/paying fees at other instis/etc. :)

I suggest the waitlisted people get a little proactive, and organize the waitlist movement, so that taking those tough decisions becomes a lot easier. We did that in 2009, and our juniors did the same in 2010.

This post shows how we organized the waitlist movement in 2009: FMS-Waitlist Movement 2009-11 You can follow the thread from this post onwards and see how the movement turned out.

I request you to pay good heed to what I've said!
Good luck!

The TAS talent pool is sourced from 2 places:
1. In-House Talent: see this link
2. 7 B-Schools: FMS, XLRI, SP Jain, IIM A, IIM B, IIM C, IIM L
Hey Swati,

I am sure that doing well in TBLA is obviously a huge positive on your resume. After the thoughts, ideas and research that goes behind b-plan is closely related to the post TAS work profile.

I have also heard that in the b-schools, the winners, finalists and runners up get a free pass until to the director's interview (final round) fro TAS. Dont know whether this is still true.

Hi,
This is Mohit Rodeja, FMS Delhi - Batch of 2011.
Just to clarify the point regarding B-School students who are winners/runners-up/finalists in the TBLA - they do not get a direct entry to the Director's round, but get a shortlist for the Chairman's GD round.
Cheers.
