@iwillcrackitnow @Tushar_1988 Dude I got similar percentile in CAT last year(2013). So my study mode was intact which helped to skim through some of the topics. My focus point was primarily on Verbal. Anyway I would recommend you to go through OG'13 edition for DS and PS. And before starting the SC , I would suggest you to brush 'Wren n Martin' for grammar. This will act as a root to your grammar preparation. Then complete the verbal section and there is a specific book by OG for Verbal. Once you do it, you would a get feel of GMAT and you would also know which part you should concentrate more. My weakest section was SC and CR.. Lot of materials that I got was from online. I did not spend a buck on any coaching class materials.

Hi @GibsonLesPaul ! 10/10 as of now. Good work-ex, good GMAT. Ensure that it is complemented by a strong set of essays. Do look at some of the top global programs as well. You are likely to end up with good scholarships.

The IIM Kozhikode shortlist is just depressing. Not that I was expecting a call for myself. But to see so many 99 percentilers not being shortlisted, it is very disheartening for a CAT 2014 aspirant like me - my motivation has gone for a toss. I mean I'll give my 100%, work my arse off the whole ...

I may sound harsh.. But it was very indubitably clear right from 2012 CAT results and shortlists that IIMs are not transparent. Their ego is so whacked out that their decisions to make things right or go back to what they have been doing before will never fall in place not even at the mercy of students. There is no point debating about it. Point is, IIMs are pretty messed up once they went online with cat. Something somewhere went wrong and now they are so manipulative and trying to wipe off the unheard truth before their image gets tarnished . Neither the CAT score nor the shorlisting criteria makes sense to anyone. If this is the case, then why should one spend a whole year for an exam which doesn't give us a element of confidence/hope if one clears it? Inspite of all the hurdles, it was 'US' who still went forward with a hope that we can score high and still have a chance to glory but when reality hits us, we feel that have been fooled with infallible system. In a nutshell, as long as IIMs keep the students in the dark, each year pagalguy walls are gonna be filled with slander.

let AS be the perpendicularand it is sqrt3 since side of the eq trianlge is 2. therefore the side of the square is sqrt3. SR is sqrt3/2 and RB is 1-(sqrt3)/2. then hwo to proceed?
